About the Role A very exciting opportunity for a finance role within the business. The role will provide support in relation to end to end responsibility for SPV companies within the region. The role is remote with occasional travel to meet team members.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (CPA)
4+ experience of working in a finance role
Strong presentation, analytical skills, people management, communication and organization skills
Asset based reporting experience.
Experience supporting regional finance.
Self motivator, problem solver, provide recommendations and solutions to challenges
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong computer skills

Nice To Haves

Public Accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform all related accounting functions associated with projects, including account reconciliation and financial statements.
Perform monthly variance analysis.
Produce reporting for internal use, JV partners, investors, and lenders.
Ensure the accounting policy applied is correct for all entities and consistent per the Group Reporting framework.
Manage various third parties, including auditors and outsourced services.
Monitor tax compliance, while ensuring payments are made on time.
Interface and collaborate with other departments on monthly draws, cash management, tax filings, along with other items.
Supporting the Financial Controller with any activities as required.
