About The Position
The Facilities & Property Management team focuses on managing and maintaining UMB's buildings to create a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for our associates, clients, and visitors. As the Properties Project Manager, you will provide project management and construction administration support for assigned projects which includes multi-million dollar new branch builds, facilities enhancements, renovations, remodels, and relocations. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by Facilities & Property Management leadership. This role is hybrid (Tue through Thu on-site) located in either the Denver, CO or Kansas City, MO location.
