About The Position
Propane Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating systems, as well as related tanks and piping. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing tanks, piping, heating equipment, and appliances at commercial and residential customer sites. Technicians must communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers, document all installed equipment, diagnose service issues, and explain resolutions to customers. They are also responsible for maintaining proper stock and tools in their vehicle, participating in training, and executing tasks assigned by the Propane Service Manager.
