Requirements

Extensive knowledge of propane systems, appliances, and service practices
Demonstrated leadership ability (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of safety regulations (HVAC or related field experience is a plus)
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively both in the field and in a management role
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
CETP certification or willingness to obtain
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
A clean MVR is required.

Responsibilities

Own the service operation – Lead all service activities including installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Lead and develop your team – Hire, train, schedule, and mentor service technicians to perform at their best
Drive safety and compliance – Ensure full adherence to DOT, NFPA, and all regulatory standards
Be the go-to problem solver – Handle escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep customers satisfied
Keep things running smoothly – Optimize workflows, improve processes, and maintain accurate service records
Respond when it matters most – Oversee emergency service calls and support critical response efforts
Champion a safety-first culture – Lead by example and continuously raise the bar
