About The Position
Energy Delivery Driver NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BUT PREFERED! Country Visions Cooperative has an immediate opening for an Energy Delivery Driver. Requirements
- The qualified candidate must possess or be willing to obtain: A valid CDL
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- PEP (CTEP) Training
Nice To Haves
- Accuracy, confidence, dependability, and good communication are all beneficial skills for this position
- Maintenance experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate Class B fuel or propane hazmat delivery trucks
- Operate in truck Energy routing and billing software
- Physically able to pull up to 150-feet of delivery hose in all terrain and weather conditions
- Follow safe practices with every aspect of loading and delivering propane/fuel
- Effectively communicate safety and repair information to customers and management
- Be available for afterhours and weekend on call rotation
- Learn how to perform Safety and Compliance tests, check system for proper operation and Relight pilot lights at customer locations
- Maintain the propane/fuel equipment at all times to ensure cleanliness and good mechanical condition
- Work closely with the office to submit timely and accurate paperwork
- Obtain or Maintain CDL, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- Render prompt and courteous deliveries
