About The Position

Proofreader, Part-Time / Remote (1099 Contractor) Are you the person who notices the typo everyone else missed? We're looking for a sharp-eyed, detail-driven Proofreader to help ensure our business advertising is accurate, polished, and contract-compliant before it goes to print. If you take pride in getting the details right and enjoy flexible, independent work, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Review magazine layouts and verify that business ads match their contracts, including copy, addresses, phone numbers, and any customizations Review the overall customization of each product to confirm it aligns with the submitted order requirements Cross-reference Salesforce CRM data against published ads to catch discrepancies Communicate clearly with the team when corrections are needed We are an Equal Opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Requirements

• A sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for errors
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfort working with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
