A Server Assistant is the heartbeat of the dining experience, supporting servers by clearing and resetting tables, delivering dishes with care, and keeping the dining area polished and welcoming. They're the vital link between the front and back of the house, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless, attentive service.

Requirements

Customer service skills: Friendly and attentive interaction with guests.

Responsibilities

Clearing used plates, glassware, and silverware, and resetting tables with clean linens and tableware
Assisting with delivering food orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Refilling water glasses and beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed by servers or other staff.
Greeting guests, providing menus, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Keeping the dining area, service stations, and potentially the kitchen clean and organized.
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
