Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage experience, hotel/resort experience required.
- Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively.
- Above and beyond attitude.
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
- Building rapport with the guest with above and beyond service
- Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
- Check completed orders with the guest’s original order
