About The Position

Newegg is seeking a Promotions Specialist to join its dynamic marketing team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing promotional campaigns, ensuring compliance with established standards and criteria. The Promotions Specialist will work closely with Product Management teams to maintain a consistent flow of promotional deals and coordinate promotional activities aligned with marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience in marketing, promotions, or product management.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Product Management, Merchandising, and Marketing promotional vehicles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize promotional campaigns to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Communicate actively with Product Management teams to maintain a consistent stream of promotional deals.
• Coordinate promotional activities for campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Ensure accuracy of promotional deal setups in compliance with established criteria and standards.
• Maintain schedules and work orders for the creation of materials related to promotional campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of promotional assets.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
