About The Position

The Promotions Representative supports the planning and execution of casino promotions and events to ensure an engaging, memorable guest experience. This position assists with event logistics, prize distribution, and on-site coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the WarHorse brand.

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one (1) year of guest service experience (gaming experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of marketing programs or willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Ability to lift, carry, and transport promotional equipment as needed
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
Execute promotions and events by assisting guests and ensuring smooth operations.
Prepare event areas, including setup, décor, signage, and staging elements such as banners and audio announcements.
Transport, set up, and break down promotional equipment as required.
Maintain and track prize inventory, including proper awarding and documentation.
Ensure event areas remain organized, stocked, and secured after completion.
Follow the marketing and promotions calendar to meet established timelines.
Deliver outstanding guest service throughout all events and promotional activities.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments and team members.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
