About The Position

The Promotions Lead at Caesars New Orleans is responsible for assisting the Marketing Supervisor in coordinating, implementing, and executing special events and promotions. This role involves supervising Promotions Associates, ensuring events are well-structured, and maintaining effective communication between team members and management. The Promotions Lead plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through innovative event presentations and effective project management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in project leadership or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating property communication.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the casino or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with PKMS and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Supervisor with coordination and execution of special events and promotions.
• Supervise Promotions Associates during events and promotions.
• Ensure events are well-structured and easy to understand for all parties involved.
• Multitask and prioritize urgent tasks effectively.
• Review rules and regulations for events and promotions, ensuring accurate details are submitted to regulatory bodies.
• Create collateral and provide content information for social media regarding events.
• Collaborate with the Interactive Marketing Team and Marketing Supervisor on PKMS programs.
• Assign tasks to team members and review generic PKMS programs for property usage.
• Assist in the production and dissemination of promotional information and signage for events.
• Train staff on the utilization of Caesars Rewards Kiosks and other systems.
• Conduct monthly gift inventory audits and create event reports post-event.
