About The Position

iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, is seeking a skilled Promotions Assistant to assist the promotions and marketing departments. The Promotions Assistant will execute promotions such as remotes, events, van appearances, and other marketing and promotions team activities. This role is crucial in helping to create and produce some of the most popular and well-known branded live music events in America.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms.
  • Excellent driving record, valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
  • Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 40-pound objects.
  • Organizational skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
  • Previous experience in outdoor promotions and/or marketing/customer service.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Executes promotions such as remotes, events, van appearances and other marketing and promotions team activities.
  • Coordinates contest prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms.
  • Sets up and breaks down audio equipment, promotional tents, hangs banners and other staging elements.
  • Activates promotional events with games and music.
  • Interacts with attendees at promotional events.
  • Captures and recaps promotional events via photos, video, audio, social media, etc.
  • Drives promotional vehicles.
