The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, setting up, and executing promotions and special events both on and off property. This role involves working closely with operational departments to develop programs and special events, including providing advertising support. The coordinator will interact with guests and staff during promotions, drawings, and events, and will track, monitor, and report on winners, prize distribution, and guest counts. Additionally, the coordinator will organize and complete inventory of marketing storage areas, assist vendors with outside sponsorships, co-ops, and other promotions, and drive attendants to off-site events.
