About The Position
The position is responsible for creating and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount. The role involves being a dynamic leader who fosters teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication. The individual acts as a role model and coach, developing employees with a consistent and approachable demeanor while clearly articulating expectations. The position also involves ensuring that team members understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations, providing recognition and rewards for superior performance, and demonstrating excellent facilitation skills in conflict resolution. The role coordinates with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment, supported by well-trained and motivated employees. Reporting to the Sr Marketing Operations Manager, this position oversees the operational execution of special events, promotions, and other marketing departments as assigned, working closely with internal and corporate departments as well as external vendors to accomplish the vision of events.
