About The Position

Responsible for various duties in the Marketing and Promotions department including but not limited to assisting guests with questions, assisting with promotions and events, and distributing promotional literature/answering questions at on-site and off-site events. Assist customers by answering questions and distributing promotional coupons, flyers, and related collateral during on-site and off-site events and promotions. Assist with tournaments, promotions, and special events. Perform duties in a pleasant, helpful, and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior clerical experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to effectively operate standard office equipment.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
