About The Position

Audacy Rochester operates several radio stations, including WPXY, WBEE, WCMF, WBZA, WROC, and is focused on executing on-site appearances at local sporting events and other community gatherings. The company has a presence in the top 35 markets across the country. The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $16.00/Hr... Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. Requirements

Must be outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to lift/carry event equipment.
Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and some short-notice shifts.
Professional appearance and punctuality.
A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Responsibilities

Event Support – Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts, and festivals. Manage brand activations, signage, equipment, and promotional assets.
Content & Social Media – Capture and share photos/video from events, create content and contribute to station social media accounts, assist with event recap materials, and create digital assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.
Contests & Promotions – Conduct sweepstakes/contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines.
Office/Admin Support – Assist with contest & on site event activation preparation, equipment/promotional inventory, and general promotions team support.
Brand Representation – Be a positive, inviting, and charismatic professional ambassador for Audacy brands at all times.
