About The Position
TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Promotions Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting Marketing and Promotions Coordinators in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns and activities. The Promotions Assistant will assist with day-to-day tasks including scheduling, vendor communication, and logistics coordination. The position requires learning and understanding the responsibilities of both Marketing and Promotions Coordinators to provide backup support during peak periods or absences. The assistant will also assist with location scouting for promotional events and initiatives, collaborate with the team in event planning and execution, and provide support in production-related tasks as needed. This includes setting up equipment, assisting with props, and ensuring smooth operation during productions. The role also involves assisting with on-air promotion coordination, participating in promotions plan pitching/brainstorming sessions, and interacting with contest winners to distribute tickets or prizes while maintaining accurate documentation.
