About The Position

Requirements

  • 5 years of customer service experience in the promotional products industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Efficient in promotional product searching and creating presentations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional printing industry experience preferred.
  • Additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and pricing.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all specifications are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of products available, including features, customization options, and pricing, to assist customers effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the order process, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on orders before they are shipped to ensure accuracy and meet customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and shipping to coordinate order fulfillment and address customer needs effectively.
