About The Position

As a Promotion Operations Associate at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, CRM, VIP, Legal & Customer Service to ensure campaigns are effectively operationalized and supported post-creation. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with a high attention to detail, willingness to learn, with a proven track record of digging in.

Requirements

• A huge passion for Sports, and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans desire
• Detail oriented and experience owning complex workstreams
• Empathetic team player, accomplished at working effectively cross-functionally
• Curious and fast learner willing to dive in to sports betting and become proficient in consumer/industry insights and functionality
• Passion to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and reliably meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Partner in the creation, execution, and reporting of promotional campaigns that will benefit the Sportsbook product, maximizing the customer experience through operational excellence
• Maintain and update promotional databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information
• Assist the team in developing creative assets in support of promotions
• Analyze and recommend improvements to existing processes across various teams including but not limited to Marketing, Product, CRM, and Customer Support
• Understand customer drivers and obsess about ensuring these are met, championing the end to end customer experience
• Actively monitor the competitor landscape
• Support in troubleshooting campaign issues and address inquiries related to promotions, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support the legal team in drafting promotional terms & conditions obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with state regulators
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners, including CRM, Marketing, Trading, Casino, Engineering, Product, and Data
• Flexible work schedule will be required, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
