About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in roles such as Customer Support Specialist, Account Manager, or Partner Relationship Manager
  • Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (B2B/B2C) and key industry metrics such as GGR, Turnover, and NGR
  • Experience working with Excel and Jira
  • Proficiency in Russian and English (C1 level)
  • Strong data handling skills, attention to detail, and high level of responsibility
  • Good time management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with the company’s portfolio of iGaming providers: coordinate communications, timelines and launches
  • Negotiate and finalize promo and tournament terms with providers and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Enter, manage and track all approved promo tasks and timelines in the CRM; ensure data and status updates are accurate
  • Create, maintain, and update tournament and promo boards (client-facing and internal)
  • Assist finance with monthly report reconciliation and discount/commission tracking
  • Maintain and grow partner relationships to secure favorable promo opportunities and long-term collaboration
  • Quickly resolve operational issues and adapt priorities when needed
