About The Position

The Project Worker is responsible maintaining hard floor surfaces and carpet surfaces while maintaining cleanliness standards for assigned areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• One to two years of floor care maintenance required.
• Extensive contact with McLaren Oakland visitors, patients, McLaren Oakland employees.
• Ability to use floor equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs on the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Strips, top scrubs and buffs floors as assigned.
• Maintains carpet cleanliness.
• Cleans corridors and elevators.
• Cleans furniture; upholstered and non-upholstered.
• Moves furniture as requested.
