Building on the great work already completed, maintain and improve quality A project support role working with a project manager An innovative and creative role in which you will be involved with varied tasks The Program: Anglicare Victoria’s Communities for Children program is dedicated to creating a strong, inclusive, and child-friendly community. Communities for Children is an Australian Government initiative focused on enhancing early childhood development and wellbeing for children aged 0-12 and their families. We seek to listen to and empower children and facilitate opportunities for them to meaningfully participate in making decisions about matters that are important to them and their community. Your role: As an experienced project worker, you will be assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of children's projects in line with program requirements, through appropriate monitoring, learning and undertaking evaluation. You will also promote positive outcomes for children and families that align with sector and service developments within the Frankston LGA. Day to day responsibilities: Collection and input of demographic and outcome data into the Commonwealth Data Exchange (DEX). Deliver training, provide ongoing support, and write manuals. Hold regular reviews ensuring the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and has demonstrated success in meeting outcome goals. Various adhoc projects that support growth, deliver better outcomes and improve service delivery. A really varied role that will have you wearing many different hats!
