Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering (or related discipline) 6-12 years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater pipeline projects Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, or ability to obtain within 6 months Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., InfoWater, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS) Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills Proven experience coordinating with public agencies, utilities, and permitting authorities Master's degree in civil or mechanical engineering Experience with trenchless technologies, condition assessment, and rehabilitation of pipelines Experience supporting or leading construction administration Background in sustainability, climate resilience, and integrating digital tools (e.g., BIM 360, ArcGIS) Active involvement in professional organizations (e.g., ASCE, AWWA, WEF)
