Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Perform carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including floor buffer/burnishers, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Inspect & examine the equipment & attachment tools to ensure quality
• Examine floor care chemicals and their use, ensuring correct dilution ratios are being followed
• Fill in for a General Cleaner or Day Porter as needed
• Perform additional job-related duties as required by the supervisor
