About The Position

The Project Team Member is a full-time role at Crew Carwash, primarily responsible for installing carwash equipment and components at both new and existing locations. This position emphasizes safety and efficiency while contributing to construction projects and store remodels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of project or construction experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Install carwash equipment and components at new and existing locations.
• Work on new construction projects and store remodels.
• Adhere to all Crew safety standards.
• Display good time management on delegated tasks.
• Smile and model the company's value of safety.
