About The Position

Project Team Members fabricate, assemble, and install new location carwash equipment. This role will also assist with implementation of other projects as assigned. Project Team Members report to the Project Manager.

Requirements

Reasoning and Development: Ability to deal with practical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
Mathematical Development: Ability to perform basic math such as: adding, subtracting, and dividing all units of measure.
Language Development: Ability to read product manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; using correct English; Speak with poise and confidence and/or effectively deal with customers.
Computer and Software Applications Knowledge or Skills: Basic proficiency with the following Microsoft Office applications: Word and Excel. Ability to learn and use our inventory (Parts on Hand), ordering (ReQlogic), and project management (Fix It Book) systems.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Installation of new wash equipment onsite at new and existing Mike’s locations
Fabrication and assembly of car wash equipment
Knowledge and experience with plasma cutting and torching
Knowledge and experience with MIG welding
Forklift and Scissor Lift certified
Confined Space Entry – reclaim project implementation, setup, and maintenance
Mike’s Carwash Fleet/Trailer upkeep, organization, and cleanliness of work area
Warehouse/Shop cleanliness and organization
Complying with all company policies and procedures
Supports location operational needs on as needed basis
Complying with all company policies and procedures.
Complete all other duties as assigned.
