The position involves providing technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management. The role requires supervising assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors, and participating in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. The individual may also perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks, conduct planning, and provide recommendations to clients on task workload. Attendance at customer meetings and serving as the primary client liaison is expected, along with interaction with vendors, other agencies, and client staff on behalf of the client. The role includes coordinating the development of deliverables and products, ensuring quality assurance of project deliverables, maintaining current knowledge of relevant technology, and participating in special projects as required.
