Project Systems Engineer
About The Position
This is a backfill in support of the SBIR Phase III Agile Cyber, Development and Sustainment TDL. This position will support and participate in the creation, execution and management of required engineering tasks and documentation needed to develop, test, verify, and validate capabilities, infrastructures and associated components. Additionally, this system engineer will assist in the development and management of the product utilization efforts (Training, CONOPs, TTPs) to ensure seamless integration of system into desired operational environment. This is a hands on engineering job.This position requires a high level of experience and expertise in the leading, managing and executing SATCOM and RF Ground Segment development and the integration of unique networks, components and infrastructures. This position will provide oversight to both internal and external organzations providing technical expertise on design, implementation, and integration of systems and system engineer processes. This position will develop, maintain, and improve "As-Is" and "To Be" enterprise architecture to ensure interoperability of both government and commercial organizations.. Utilize system engineering skills to update SATCOM/RF architectures based upon evolving system requirements; Serve as Technical Lead with subcontractors and stakeholders.
