About The Position

As a Project Surveyor at LJA Surveying, you will be responsible for supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research and project management.

Requirements

Professional Licensed Surveyor
10 years of progressive experience in the industry
2+ years of experience after registration
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research, and project management.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans.
Use advanced equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, 3D scanners) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to collect and analyze data
Responsible for boundary survey calculations, analysis, and final map checking, abstracting title data, and client relations.
