About The Position
As a Project Survey Technician at WLB Group and LJA Company, Prepares metes and bounds descriptions for boundary surveying projects, exhibits, and various mapping products
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in the industry
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Surveyor-in-Training certification by the Nevada Board of Land Surveying, or
- Level II Certified Survey Technician certification
Responsibilities
- Gathers data used for creation of topographical maps
- Compile information necessary to stake projects for construction using engineering plans
- Compare survey computations with applicable standards in order to determine adequacy of data
- Responsible for boundary survey calculations analysis and final map checking, abstracting title data and client relations.
