Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our in-office team. This role bridges Sales and Operations, ensuring every sold project is fully prepared, accurately documented, and ready for seamless production and installation.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
  • Experience in construction coordination, estimating, stone fabrication, or related industries preferred.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive team player with a commitment to company success.
  • Willingness to occasionally work extended hours as project demands require.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction coordination, estimating, stone fabrication, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process sold jobs from Sales through pre-production.
  • Gather, confirm, and record all project details in company software.
  • Identify and resolve missing or incomplete information.
  • Ensure all materials are ordered and scheduled to be available when needed.
  • Confirm jobsite readiness for template and installation.
  • Document special considerations (large pieces, stairs, access challenges, etc.).
  • Release completed job packages to Scheduling and Production.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Programming, Scheduling, and Installation as needed.
  • Participate in production/buffer meetings and proactively address potential delays.
  • Identify root causes of issues that threaten project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact after the sale is complete.
  • Provide regular updates and manage expectations from pre-production through installation.
  • Communicate material changes, pricing adjustments, and developing issues.
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
