About The Position

The Project Support Specialist at Ateeca Inc. plays a crucial role in providing financial and commercial support to the Operations team for managing Gas Turbine Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA's). Requirements

• Experience with wind turbine technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Mid-level experience with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Support with modeling software development project roll out activities such as data migration, user acceptance testing, users training, process and procedures documentation, etc.
• Collect data and perform analyses to optimize parts usage across LTSA contracts.
• Validate parts configuration with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Assist with activities related to special projects associated with LTSA operational models analysis.
• Support cost and productivity updates within financial models.
• Support creation of new LTSA project financial models and conversion into LTSA operational models.
• Support commercial sales teams analyses of LTSA scope revisions.
• Maintain and optimize parts rotation planning within the LTSA financial models.
• Create demand for new parts orders in SAP and communicate SAP demand changes to parts planning teams.
