About The Position

This position will report to the Director of Accounting and provide project configuration and setup in JAMIS Prime ERP. This position supports multiple departments including Pricing, Contracts, Accounting, Human Resources and Operations. The successful candidate will be self-started, understands government contract awards and modifications, communicates clearly, and is tech savvy. This configuration process is currently handled by multiple accountants, and our goal is to have a dedicated specialist to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project numbers. Position may specialize in some of the essential duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, a related field, or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work.
3 years of related work experience
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (particularly Excel and Word).
Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand billing requirements in Government issued contracts or subcontractor agreements.
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Strongly prefer JAMIS Prime experience.

Responsibilities

Convert contract award and modification information into a project work breakdown structure (“WBS”) in the accounting ERP system, JAMIS Prime. This includes creating the billing structure, along with the job number setup.
Support system reconciliations between JAMIS Prime and Technomile.
Support Accounting to ensure invoicing is correct with proper project codes.
Act as a liaison between Pricing, Contracts, Accounting, Human Resources and Operations to verify WBS setup is approved.
Manage system attribute that integrate with company systems.
Manage JAMIS restriction groups.
Research and resolve system setup issues or discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned.
