Best People, Best Solutions, Best Results Job Summary: Coordinates efforts providing baseline support to project teams against key deadlines and requirements. Maintains project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery, escalating concerns to management for review and follow-up. Answers phone calls and help facilitate communication among team members, clients, and other partners to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Provides day-to-day office functions to include reception services, such as answering calls, greeting incoming visitors, tracking shipments, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. May be required to assist in the Mailroom as needed.
