Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of technical and service aspects of assigned projects and studies.
  • Knowledge of internal systems associated with projects (e.g., DPS, Label Spec and Client Spec Applications, Randomization Parameters, Trackwise).
  • Demonstrate, advocate, and promote the company's vision and Good Manufacturing Principles.
  • Proven customer experience in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Complete transactions and navigate proprietary systems to fulfill label job specifications and requirements.
  • Interact positively and respectfully with coworkers and customers.
  • Actively pursue and complete training to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of your role in completing tasks and maintaining rigor to ensure job timelines are met.
  • Support team efforts to identify, develop, and implement process improvements to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Effectively manage the Rand and Links workload assignments, along with physical (not electronic) Job Batch Record processing as necessary.
  • Ensure continuous communication with appropriate departments to deliver high-quality work to customers.
  • Complete all activities per cGMP requirements and established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure.
