We’re looking for a Project Supervisor to provide day-to-day tactical support on a marquee consumer/CPG/retail account based in Chicago, IL. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented project manager who thrives on organization, clear communication, and ensures complex integrated campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy. The Project Supervisor will act as the primary internal and external contact for assigned projects, driving momentum and ensuring deliverables are executed flawlessly. This person will oversee the daily management of multiple initiatives spanning digital, retail, and traditional channels. Working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, the Project Supervisor ensures that project goals are met, and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management or marketing operations experience, ideally in an agency or corporate marketing setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer, CPG, or retail marketing. Experience with automotive, lawncare, power tool products and/or retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital and interactive projects (websites, online display, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, mobile).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project or project management tools like Hive is a plus.
  • Up to 15% business travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day workflow across integrated client campaigns (digital, retail, social, experiential, and traditional).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related issues, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and track progress against milestones.
  • Lead the development of scopes of work (SOWs), defining project scope, costs, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Strategy, Digital, Production) to align resources and keep projects moving.
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, solve problems, and adjust plans to maintain project success.
  • Monitor project financials, driving profitability and managing the full lifecycle of project budgets.
  • Provide ongoing status reporting to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
