About The Position

We’re hiring a hands-on Project Supervisor to lead a team of 2-20 movers and installers at a large multi-building facility. This on-site role is ideal for someone with strong client communication skills, experience in office furniture systems, and the ability to manage dynamic, fast-paced projects.

Requirements

3–5 years of supervisory experience in moving, installation, or facilities
Must be able to pass an extensive background check
Must have valid drivers license with Real ID preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to manage digital workflows
Experience with office furniture systems and inventory control
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

Supervise daily move/install operations and team performance
Serve as the on-site point of contact for client communication
Oversee inventory, office layout changes, and furniture/cubicle assembly
Coordinate computer and monitor hookups
Update internal systems with job progress and change orders
