About The Position

The Project Supervisor is a senior operational leader responsible for the successful execution, financial integrity, and workflow discipline of integrated marketing programs across assigned accounts. This role owns delivery from scope development through final billing. The Project Supervisor ensures projects are: Strategically aligned Properly scoped Accurately estimated Appropriately resourced Delivered on time Executed within budget Closed profitably The Project Supervisor operates at both tactical and strategic levels — managing day-to-day execution while thinking ahead about resourcing, process improvements, and agency-wide operational excellence. You are the guardian of workflow integrity and margin protection.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of project management experience within a marketing, advertising, or integrated agency environment (required).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and concurrent integrated campaigns in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Proven ability to build and manage detailed project plans across creative, strategic, and technically complex initiatives.
  • Ability to flex and tailor workflow processes to proactively solve challenges while maintaining operational discipline.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across diverse disciplines, including creative, media, production, strategy, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budget tracking, and reforecasting throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Workamajig or comparable agency project management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns from scope through final delivery.
  • Develop and manage timelines aligned with campaign, media, and client deadlines.
  • Maintain full visibility across all workstreams and proactively resolve risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities.
  • Ensure work moves efficiently through agency workflow and meets quality standards.
  • Build accurate, cost-based estimates in collaboration with department leads.
  • Monitor budgets, burn rates, and staffing allocations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage scope changes in partnership with Account Service.
  • Protect project margin and ensure clean financial closeout and billing accuracy.
  • Forecast resource needs and balance workloads across concurrent projects.
  • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of projects within project management software (Workamajig).
  • Enforce process standards and drive accountability across departments.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency and clarity.
  • Collaborate with Account Service, Creative, Media, Intelligence, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support trafficking and production coordination as needed to keep campaigns on track.
  • Build strong internal working relationships that foster transparency and accountability.
