Project Supervisor – Quality Operations – Liberty, NC The Project Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations at the site, overseeing Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors, and ensuring all quality and production goals are achieved. This role serves as the primary point of contact for site operations and customer communication while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Location: Liberty, NC Pay Rate: $20ph Schedule: Flexible / Project-Based Hours Essential Job Function Schedule & Work Expectations Initial startup phase requires 8–12 hour shifts daily Schedule may include Monday through Sunday , based on project demand Flexible days off during launch phase Once operations stabilize: Transition to standard 8-hour shifts Overtime as needed 👉 This role requires full flexibility and leadership presence during startup operations

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, or production environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and reporting tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, or production environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and quality inspection activities
  • Supervise Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors
  • Ensure production and quality goals are met
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer communication
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and staffing levels
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Manage reporting, documentation, and data tracking
  • Identify and resolve quality and operational issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
