About The Position

As a Project Supervisor at Stratosphere Quality, you will lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites during 2nd shift operations (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). You will oversee project setup, team performance, and ensure top-notch results that keep our customers moving forward.

Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong B2B customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license required (travel up to 1-1.5 hours from Cookeville).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support inspection teams across customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with Stratosphere Quality standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
• Train and mentor team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Complete required training and uphold company policies.
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.
