• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years of direct supervision and/or management of high-end custom residential construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer proficient.
• Proven track record of successful project execution and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day construction site operations or overseeing project management tasks.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
