About The Position
David Boland, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our Project Management team at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. This role is crucial in leading, managing, coordinating, and directing construction activities for the Final Denial Barriers South Gate project. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed according to the project schedule and that project milestones are achieved. This includes developing the Four-Week Short Interval Schedule (SIS), communicating schedule requirements to subcontractors and suppliers, and obtaining buy-in from subcontractors during weekly meetings. You will also be tasked with conducting weekly subcontractor meetings and developing corrective action plans to address any potential impacts to the SIS. In addition to managing the schedule, you will utilize a 60-Day Lookahead to ensure that key completion dates and milestones are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Material and Equipment Delivery Schedule and managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that project objectives are met. Interfacing with the Project Manager and the Client representative will be a key part of your role, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
