We are seeking a Superintendent with specialized experience in dredging operations and disaster recovery. This role is critical to coordinating field activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones are met. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing dredge barge operations and sediment removal from waterways impacted by storms. Success in the first 12 months includes effective team leadership, timely project execution, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. As a Superintendent in dredging operations, you will lead field teams in high-impact disaster recovery projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating complex logistics, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
