This role is built for a high-level builder who wants autonomy, respect, and the ability to run elite projects without micromanagement. You'll be part of a tight, no-drama team that values ownership, precision, and follow-through--not babysitting. Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, schedule sequencing, inspections, and daily production to maintain flow and eliminate bottlenecks. Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and cleanliness at a high standard consistent with luxury residential expectations. Communicate daily with the Project Manager and proactively identify issues before they impact schedule or cost. Own the jobsite--if something is off, you fix it or escalate it fast. Success in this role is measured by hitting schedule milestones, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimizing rework and delays. Your ability to proactively manage trades and field conditions directly drives project profitability, client satisfaction, and CRC's ability to deliver on its promise of predictable, high-end execution. Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, schedule sequencing, inspections, and daily production to maintain flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and cleanliness at a high standard consistent with luxury residential expectations.
Communicate daily with the Project Manager and proactively identify issues before they impact schedule or cost.
Own the jobsite--if something is off, you fix it or escalate it fast.
Maintain and drive the project schedule with weekly lookaheads and daily adjustments to ensure milestone adherence
Manage and sequence subcontractors to eliminate downtime and conflicts, keeping production moving efficiently
Enforce CRC quality standards and perform ongoing inspections to minimize punch list and rework
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite that reflects a high-end professional operation
Identify and resolve field issues early, escalating appropriately to protect schedule and budget
