About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to serve as the primary on‑site leader for high‑impact perimeter security construction projects across the United States. This role is essential in coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and driving successful project delivery. You will be working on major, mission‑critical projects for high‑profile government, commercial, and infrastructure clients such as federal buildings, data centers, universities, military facilities, and national event venues. Requirements

  • Construction Management
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Microsoft Suite
  • CAD
  • BlueBeam
  • 5–10 years of construction software experience (BlueBeam, CAD)
  • 5–10 years leading construction projects (strong prior leadership roles)
  • Experience managing trades, including subcontractor oversight and conflict resolution
  • Active OSHA 30 Certification
  • Heavy Equipment Certification (any type)
  • Must be able to navigate all areas of active construction sites
  • Work in varying weather conditions
  • Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time
  • Project sites are typically secure, high‑impact environments (e.g., federal agencies, data centers, stadiums, major events)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate daily crew safety meetings
  • Conduct customer meetings, reporting, and documentation
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and trades on-site
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure customer deliverables
  • Perform drawing overlays and review construction blueprints
  • Read grades and cuts in the field
  • Manage materials, equipment, and supplies to anticipate upcoming work needs
