Requirements

• A proactive leader who communicates clearly and solves problems confidently

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site logistics
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage schedules, change orders, documentation, and communication through Procore
• Hold teams accountable while mentoring and supporting field staff
• Keep projects on time, on budget, and built to Fox Cities Builders high standards
