We are seeking a Project Structural Engineer to join our growing Buildings Sector team in Ann Arbor, MI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in the execution of residential, commercial, or institutional buildings projects as a Structural Engineer.
• Proficiency with computer analysis software (e.g. RISA, SAP, RAM).
• Working knowledge of REVIT.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree would be considered an asset.
• P.E. license preferred; S.E. license would be considered an asset.
• Experience in historic buildings preservation would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Structural design and analysis for a wide range of buildings projects, involving steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and archaic building systems.
• Assisting in the preparation of drawings and specifications.
• Conducting site investigations to document existing conditions.
• Coordinating with staff and clients on projects.
