Located at the site, this role takes daily direction from the Site Manager and/or HSE Supervisor, supporting all Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel. It supports all HSE functions that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, plan development, and implementation. The position also supports health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites. Under general direction, the incumbent is accountable for the HSE Administration duties supporting the site HSE Program, including the HSE Training Program. Skills required are typically acquired through various education venues specific to Business Administration, Record Keeping, Teaching/Instruction with General Knowledge of HSE Standards/Guidelines, and typically requires 5-7 years of job-related experience. The purpose of this assignment is to assist the Site Team with instilling and sustaining a ZERO Harm Culture. This includes working closely with and taking oversight direction from the B&R Site Manager and/or HSE Supervisor, supporting B&R Core Value/Competencies and Client Core Value/Competencies. The role maintains quality service values and customer satisfaction initiatives by supporting organization standards, reviews systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices for developing subject-related training modules, and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. It also involves creating and sustaining a personal safe work environment, supporting supervision, coaching, managing processes, process improvement, and dealing with complexity, and identifying opportunities for outstanding employee HSE performance to assist with appropriate employee recognition.
