About The Position

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Specialist located in Manchester, CT. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications, the Program Management Manager will be in charge of managing projects of low-medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.
  • Current Flex experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
  • Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
  • Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
  • Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
  • Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
  • Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
  • Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
  • Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
  • Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
