This position involves preparing project designs and estimates, managing prepared projects, and ensuring the reliable, economical, safe, and timely expansion of the division's natural gas distribution facilities. The role includes developing conceptual designs, cost estimates, and project scopes for various projects, obtaining necessary approvals, and evaluating the condition and adequacy of facilities to ensure quality design and operation. Responsibilities also include project closing, performing analysis and design for transmission and distribution facilities, reviewing designs from outside firms, coordinating right-of-way functions, and ensuring timely project completion. The position requires effective communication with customers and other work groups, incorporating safety in all aspects of work, and managing assigned projects efficiently.
